MISS YOU.

A while ago someone told me this song was depressing. I believe this person to be an idiot. This song is hot weather and long paddle boat rides with Pimm's snuck in a tea flask. It's warm beers in an even warmer park, liquid lunches and the mid-afternoon hangovers that are only solved by more alcohol. Summer is approaching and this song makes me as happy as can be. Enjoy.

LIVE LIFE

Just before Christmas a friend and I made a pact to 'live life', and by this we meant "lets go out all the time and have loads of fun because we're only nineteen and when are we going to be nineteen again? Never." Since then, I have tried to live my life by this mantra and I am the happiest I've been in a long time. I have not worried about money, about other peoples opinions, I have made new friends in the strangest parts of the town I live in and danced until the sun comes up, I drunkenly fell asleep on a wall last weekend which, whilst not being the most safe or ideal situation and I am definitely not recommending you try it, was something to laugh at the next day. This has been my one and only 'resolution' so to speak, to do my best to be completely happy and live my life to the fullest.

In spirit of this whole living life scenario I have going on right now I've compiled a list of fun things I intend to do this year, as well as a few slightly more serious things I'd also like to achieve. At the end of the year I might be able to look back and give a smug grin as I realise I've achieved most of them. Or maybe not. I remain optimistic.

Learn to cook a fancy French meal.
Drink smoothies that have kale and other healthy stuff in them.
Drink with friends, in the park, and feel no shame for doing so.
Try yoga. Maybe.
Take some nice pretentious artsy pictures.
Go to University.
Read more. Classics, Contemporary, Sci-Fi, Poetry. Anything and everything.
Write more blog posts documenting all these fun times.
Drink wine.
See live music, plays, comedy acts, everything.
Go to some art festivals and what not.
Get to a point where you can run for more than 10 minutes without
feeling like your lungs are going through a shredder.
Stay happy.
